KCR Projects worked alongside Bellrock to completely refurbish two changing rooms at St Ninian’s High School. We completely changed them from top to bottom in just four weeks which is another project completed on time and within budget.

KCR Projects were appointed as Main Contractor to fit out two head office blocks located at the Gyle, Edinburgh, after winning a competitive bid. By working closely with the Client Project team KCR Projects delivered on time and on budget creating a stunning office refurbishment for over 600 employees.

Project: Distribution Refrigeration Fit out
Timescale: 8 Weeks
KCR Projects were appointed as Main Contractor/ Builder by TJ Morris/ Carter Synergy to coordinate the first installation of a refrigerated holding area for Chilled/ frozen goods within the newly opened Distribution centre in Liverpool. Project handed over to the Client both on time and on budget.

Project: Capital refrigeration plant Replacement
Timescale: 9 Weeks
KCR Projects were appointed as Main Contractor/ Builder/ Steel work design and installation by Tesco Stores Ltd to coordinate the Project to replace refrigerated plant and cases on the Telford Stores shop floor. Working closely with the Clients Project team and novated contractors KCR Projects to ensure no impact to Store trading and delivering a safe and serviceable solution for future maintenance works.

Project: Complete Strip back of existing Store to bare wall and full refurbishment

KCR Projects were appointed as Main Contractor/ Builder/ Fit out contractor to coordinate all work associated with the complete strip out of the Store to bare walls. Complete fit out to high end standard to bring the store in line with local area. Client, Staff and more importantly Customers love the look and feel of Store and commercial uplift has proven this.
